Shifting
Where restricted space conditions prevail, halls are too low or cranes cannot be used because of the size of the item our shifttrack is always used. The setting down of an item with our derricks or by supporting with presses and timber and things are on the move. Fully hydraulically equipped in the case of large workpieces of several hundred tons in weight we cover at least 3m/min. The dismountable roadway for small and large work pieces. Fully automatically without problems, running smoothly on reinforced rollers or teflon.

Adjustment to the constantly growing and changing requirements in transportation keeps the Intermont Team really its toes. Our engineers and specialists are constantly developing new transport methods and ultramodern equipment which can be used depending on the type of packages and the local conditions.

Lifting
The heaviest loads have to be lowered from the transport vehicle onto the foundations? Our fully hydraulic derricks with capacity of 300t cover in the shortest possible time all vertical distances, no matter whether upwards or downwards, as for examples onto our shifting track.

 

Heavy-Duty-Transportation

With system
A system of hydraulic combined plattform-trailer which can be build together individuelly for each purposelike a module system the heart of the system for the transport of heavy goods. For special requirements tis is added to by structures such as spacers, deep and excavator beds, boiler beds and bridges, long load bolsters, goose necks, hydraulic units and own drives etc., which are available for every application up to the highest load capacities of several hundred tons.

More than one hundred axle lines as well as extensive accessories permit solutions also for complicated tasks which can be handeld several times and simultaneously.
 

The special fleet of vehicles includes, in the class up to 50t, the most varied vehicles such as telescopic articulated, semi-articulated, low bedtrucks which meet any requirements. Fast, flexibily and at low price. Which realiability, punctuality, the most modern and best material we have earned ourselves an acknowledged reputation among clients and public authorities. We continue to work on it.

 

Transportation

Whether articulated or trailer trains Jumbo or coil truck, you get the truck you need for your purpose, punctually and reliably. Pneumatically cushioned truck equipped with ABS, guarantee safe transport of your goods. The car telephone on board keeps you constantly in touch with the "just in time" delivery.
